For packages that say delivered but were not, we will do our best to help but we do not provide refunds for stolen or lost packages. Please be sure to check all around the delivery area to ensure the item was in fact delivered.

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.

Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered.

Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.

Once an item is shipped out, we are unable to cancel or refund orders until it is marked as delivered by the shipping provider. We cannot offer refunds if an order is delayed due to the shipping provider. We have protocols in place to get in contact with the shipping provider if a package is delayed while in transit. We will try our best to get packages as out as early as possible, and by the estimated ship dates.

Shipping dates listed are estimated. While we try our best to get orders out as soon as possible, some will take longer than others. Please be patient and message us if you need you item by a certain date before ordering.

We take pride in our work and quality, but we are 2 sisters running this business with no employees, common mistakes may happen but we do our best to deliver quality & A+ service. We do not provide refunds or returns. If you would like to return an item, please reach out to us. Absolutely no returns will be given on shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for return shipping as well.
