Delayed or Loss Package

If the tracking link shows your package is delayed in transit, please patiently wait since I cannot expedite delivery time once a package is in the carrier's hands. Potential delay in delivery can be up to 6 weeks. If you still don't receive the package after 4 weeks of ship date, contact me and I will help you file a claim for the missing package. If the tracking link shows your package is delivered to your house or mailbox but you don't see package, contact your local post office and mail man/lady directly for inquiries. When a package is delivered to the address you provided, there is nothing I can do since I am a small business and I cannot reimburse you for a package that is loss or stolen on your property.
