The overdress has a sweet sailor collar trimmed out in grosgrain ribbon, short capped sleeves, and a flirty ruffle at the hemline. The knickerbocker pantaloons are gathered into a ruffle just below the knee. A wide belt gently cinches in the waist. At the seaside or the shore you will get lots of attention! Designed and made in America by Recollections. Please hand or machine wash gently in cold water, and then hang or dry on low setting.
