What if I did not put in my complete address?

ClassyStashy shop policy: When we receive an order with an incomplete address we will contact you immediately for an update. If we do not hear back in 24 hours we will extend the shipping time so you would respond. If we do not hear from you with the correct address after we extend the shipping time we will cancel the order and ask you to reorder with the correct information sent to a safe, deliverable address.

What if I did not put in my correct address?

ClassyStashy shop policy: If you entered the wrong address, once your order ships it enters the USPS system and we are no longer in control of that order, the USPS system is responsible for your package and is being handled by the USPS system. As a buyer you are responsible for entering the correct address on your order form. As your shipping label is created it is done so by directly reading your address information from the address form you filled out. There are no refunds or exchanges for an incorrect address. We are not responsible for incorrect information. Contact your local post office.

Who to contact about an undelivered order?

Classystasy shop policy: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the USPS or carrier service's responsibility. Once it is marked as delivered and you do not have it, be sure to go to your local post office, give them your tracking number and ask to see the GPS delivered coordinates. It will tell you exactly where your package was delivered and when. Ask friends, family and neighbors if they have seen it. If it is delivered to the wrong address even though you entered the correct address on the order form, ask the carrier to go and retrieve your package. Also it may show delivered and even scanned and still be on the truck or simply marked delivered and you do not have it. Usually waiting 2 more days and it should show up.
