How are wrap bracelets sized?

Wrap bracelets are sized based on the actual size of your wrist, similar to a belt for your waist. Like a belt, you will have choices about which loop to use to fasten the bracelet which makes it tighter or more loose for your preference. To put on a wrap bracelet, hold the button with your thumb on the arm you want to wear the bracelet. Use your opposite hand to wrap the bracelet around your wrist and fasten the button through one of the loops provided.

How do I measure my wrist?

A soft tape measure is recommended to find the actual size of your wrist. If a soft tape measure is not available, a piece of string can be wrapped around your wrist then straightened and measured with a straight ruler. Please wrap the tape measure/string loosely then round to the closest half inch but DO NOT add or subtract more from your actual wrist size to get the best fit. What if I don't know the recipients wrist size?

A bracelet for a 7 inch wrist is the longest standard length in my shop. I recommend choosing that size since, once made, I can't make them longer. I can shorten a bracelet later on if the recipient feels it's too long.

What if I order the wrong size?

If you find your bracelet is too long, it can be sent back to my studio to be shortened. Just let me know how many beads you'd like removed to get your perfect fit. If a bracelet is too short I will need to make you a brand new one that is longer. So, it's better to order larger rather than smaller.

What if I need something delivered fast?

Select one of my "ready to ship" pieces and send it Express Mail. In the US, it will arrive at your door in 1-2 business days.

Bracelets are packaged in an organza bag suitable for gift giving. Gift wrapping is available at check out - includes a black pinstripe gift box that closes with silver elastic bow and a hand stamped gift card with your special message. Gift card will be left blank if no message is provided.

How do I care for my wrap bracelet?

All Corvus Design jewelry is created from natural materials. To retain its beauty, please avoid contact with water, lotions and perfumes. Wrap bracelets are intended to be worn somewhat loosely. Please avoid applying force to your bracelet as this may cause damage. They are not designed to stretch.

Can you make something custom?

Yes! Please contact me with as much information as possible so I can give you an approximate quote and timeframe. This includes your wrist size and a description of what you are looking for. I feel strongly that you should receive the exact item you want. Sometimes I must decline a custom request if I lack the time, expertise or equipment necessary to complete the work properly.

Can you make a bracelet with more or fewer wraps? What about custom lengths? Do you have a vegan option instead of leather cording?

Yes, please contact me. Prices are based on materials + labor. I will create a custom listing for you to purchase your desired length at an adjusted price. I can make bracelets that wrap more or fewer times around your wrist. I stock cotton cording that can be substituted for leather at no extra charge. Please contact me for available colors.
