HEAT PACKS ARE REQUIRED FOR PURCHAE FOR AREAS BELOW 60 DEGREES. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO PURCHASE A HEAT PACK. PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS AS WE WILL GO BASED OFF THE WEATHER :) Please note we do not offer Free Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Reach out for more info on that. The cost of shipping is to high to do free shipping but we will split the difference for you!

Can I cancel my order?

We do accept cancellations however depending on the product - cancellation rates do varey. cancelling an item affects our inventory count but also can cause an issue with it being on the production floor. Please note that cancellation requests even within the first hour can still result in a penalty. One of a kind items that are advertised cancellations will not be allowed.

My tree looks a little different than the photo.

There is usually about 1000 to 5000 trees in stock at any given time. We try out best to match the photos we provided. Pots are based off inventory and we do take request, however understand I do not have control over the pots.

Arrived well packaged and healthy! It definitely was in need of an immediate repot though as it had clearly outgrown its nursery pot, but I usually repot plants after I get them, so that wasn't that big a deal.

My little tree has a wonderful thick trunk! Sadly, several of the branches were broken during shipping but I think it will be okay. Shipping was fairly quick.
