PLEASE NOTE
• Although we make every effort to photograph (to make the video) our items accurately, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colors.
• Patterns of fabric used for background of pages in our quiet books may vary depending on the availability of fabric in stock. But be sure that the general color scheme, color of activity/sensory elements on pages, and book covers will remain the same as you see in pictures / videos.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Usually custom orders take 2-7 days to complete. For details, please contact me.

I recommend hand-washing using a mild detergent.

Packaging:
• I always carefully pack my toys in one parcel, all items you've purchased at a time. If you need to send some of them separately, please contact me before shipping.
• If you want to send your purchase as a gift, please contact me. Also make sure you enter the recipient's address as the shipping address.
• Buying a gift, you want to include a short note? Just let me know in the comments section of your order. I will include the note for you.

• If you are not satisfied with your items for any reason or they are damaged during the shipping, please contact me before leaving a feedback.
• If your package was returned to me as unclaimed, I'll contact you for further information on delivery or canceling an order.
• If you have some problems during the shipping (package does not come, it takes too long, etc.) - please contact me.
• If you wish to cancel order, please note, that there is non-refundable 15% commission paid by me upon every buyer’s confirmed sale.
• I don't accept returns, but contact me please, we'll discuss it.
• All returns must be shipped via registered mail (with tracking number); you'll receive the refund within three business days from the return delivery date.

Shipping usually takes about 1-5 weeks.
Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee exact arrival time.

Please note: some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail (such as Germany, UK, France, Italy and Australian posts). So I can track your package only while it's in Ukraine.

• All packages are sent via internationally registered state post office from Ukraine.
• It includes tracking number (it will be sent in e-mail notification). Each package has delivery confirmation.
• You can find tracking number of your parcel in your account > Purchases > Invoice.

• International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
• Buyers from California pay 8,75% import tax (it will be charged automatically during checkout).

• We prefer PayPal payments.

• Payment is expected at the time of sale. If the customer has not paid within 3 business days and have not replied to e-mails or convoys, the sale will be canceled.
• I will start to make the customer’s order only when I receive payment in full.
• Your order will be started to be done only after the payment is cleared. This means if you pay via PayPal e-checks there could be delay in 3-5 business days.

Please make sure your Etsy address is correct during the checkout. I will send your package to this address and not the PayPal one.

• Our products are intended for use by kids. We understand how important safety is for parents. We use only new, high quality materials to make our products. We describe materials accurately in our listings. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them.
• Some of children’s products have detachable elements. Please provide a safe play area and supervise children when they are playing. Do not leave small kids playing unattended.
