If you need your box by a certain date, please send me a message and I will let you know if I can accommodate that date.

I will send out digital proofs about a week after you place your order. The digital proof will be sent through Etsy messaging, so if you do not have a message in your account, then I have not sent it yet. I am just one person, and there are busy seasons for these boxes so please be patient with me. Generally, I am busiest in January/February (New Years resolutions), May/June (end of school), August/September(beginning of school), and November/December(holidays). I generally start working on the folders before the digital proofs, so rest assured I am hard at work on your order. Thank you in advance for your patience!

Once the digital proof is sent out, you have 2 days to approve it. If I do not hear a response, then I will cut out as is. Please double check that your Etsy notifications are turned on.

I will work with you to design the perfect decal for your box! First name, or first, middle, and last name. There are no hard and set rules. Please feel free to mix and match fonts.

The flat rate shipping is only for orders being delivered to the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. But don't worry! We can still ship to these states. Please message me and I can give you a quote for additional charges. I do not deliver the fully assembled BOX option to PO Boxes.
