Due to being handmade sizing and width may be within +/- 0.5mm of listed size. I use digital calipers to ensure accuracy, if you are concerned of the size please message me and I can send you exact measurements of wearable area, width. And flares.

For wood plugs do not get wet, if they do get wet dry off as soon as possible. They are treated with water resistant waxes but are not waterproof.

Do Not use abrasive cleaning materials or chemicals (acetone, rubbing alcohol, cleaning wipes) to clean plugs as they may damage the plugs and especially the resin.

Clean plugs by rubbing with a soft dry cloth. You can rub them with jajoba oil or whatever you massage your earlobes with to bring out the colors and shine.

Avoid leaving plugs in direct sunlight as prolonged heat exposure can cause the bond between the resin and wood to fail. Epoxy Resin is a plastic and can be damaged by excess heat for prolonged periods of time as well.
If plugs are fully resin they are waterproof.

When dealing with wood your skin may or may not be sensitive to certain species but not others. Since every ones skin type and tolerances are different one person may react towards a wood that most people can wear. If you know you have had reactions to certain woods please be sure to avoid plugs using those species.
I purchase my wood from reliable sellers to ensure accuracy of the species of woods i am using.

If you do start to have a reaction to the jewelry remove it immediately to prevent farther infection.

Epoxy Resin is considered safe for skin contact once fully cured. Although no resin is rated for implant grade which is essentially what a piercing is. Epoxy resin has shown to be much safer then Acrylic Resins.
Epoxy Resins and Acrylics are often mistaken for the same material, but they are very different.
While considered safer, reactions to the material are very rare, but still possible as with any material put inside the body (i.e metals, glass, silicone, wood.) If you do experience irritation or an allergic reaction remove your jewelry immediately to avoid farther issues.
