These Customizable Candle favors are available in sets of 20 to 100 4oz jar candles, making them the ideal favor size - not too small, but just right. Your guests will love the 35-40 hour burn time, thanks to the added beeswax in our soy blend which extends burn times by an extra 10 hours compared to regular soy candles. The cotton wicks provide a warm amber glow and enhance the scent throw. To complete your order, follow these steps:

2. Select quantity for each scent and add to cart. Bulk orders require 25 candles per scent.
3. Provide name, date, and lid color in personalization box. Default color lid will be used if not specified.
4. For bulk orders with multiple scents, specify number of sets of 25 candles.

Please note that printed designs may have slight discrepancies compared to the screen images due to differences in lighting and screen display, resulting in minor color variations. However, our expert printing services provide professional results. We use Matte Labels instead of glossy as the ink prints more prominent as label soaks up more ink then gloss stickers do. These favors are conveniently sized at 4oz and are packaged in jars measuring 2 inches by 3 inches. If you are considering buying bags or boxes for your favors, please note that we do not sell them. However, we wanted to provide you with the information about the sizes you will need for your candles. The recommended sizes are 5x7 bags or 3x3 gift boxes.

Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a digital proof for your approval within 10 business's days. We understand the importance of accuracy, which is why we prefer to send proofs just before we label and pack your order for shipping. Kindly keep an eye on your Etsy messages for this proof. As soon as you confirm the proof, your order will be shipped on the scheduled date mentioned in your Etsy order receipt. If you require your order to be expedited, please inform us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. In case you are placing an order on short notice, kindly reach out to us before placing the order, as we are unable to cancel or refund orders once they have been submitted.

Due to the nature of our custom-made orders, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any scents. As a small company, our profit margins are low and we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellations. Once an order is placed, it is considered final. However, if any changes arise, we are more than happy to work with you. We have plenty of flexible options available to ensure your satisfaction.

If your order says delivered and it's not, please contact your local USPS. They will be able to do a GPS track to see where the packages were left.

Winter Months ONLY May Affect the look / Appearance and smell of your candles. This will not damage your candles it will only affect the Look slightly. Your candles will still burn beautifully and over time as your candle becomes acclimated to the room temporarily the scent will strengthen. The cold and below freezing temperatures only freezes your candle and creates a frost pocket along the sides and tops of the jars. It’s all completely normal and there is no way to avoid this. Just comes with the very cold winter weather.
