Custom orders are made at time of order and customized for you. Please allow at least 24-48 hours to make your item. Personalized and customized orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me ASAP and I am always happy to work to resolve any issues you may have.

Some customizations require a, "Customization Add On", which is available for a small fee. Adding a note to your order at checkout without contacting me first may result in a cancelation.
Most customized and personalized orders are followed up with a proof. Please check your Etsy messages otherwise your order may be canceled.

IF the item includes personalization, enter in, “add your personalization” field on the product page.
Custom orders are non returnable and cannot be exchanged. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me directly.

* I am not responsible for shipping delays due to postal service. Consider possible delays around and during the holidays.

USPS EXPECTED DELIVERY (these suggested delivery dates are based on USPS projections not our shop. Please note the, "estimated arrival" on your order at checkout as some items may show extended processing.

* I can never guarantee an arrival date on behalf of USPS. I can only guarantee processing and shipping your order in the promised time frame provided for your order.

USPS and all shipping carriers may be experiencing potential delays.

You have the option of upgrading your shipping method at checkout.
*Priority Express* is the only method USPS is currently guaranteeing estimated arrival/delivery.

This is not a guarantee by the shop.
If your item does not reach you in time, please contact me in an effort to assist you in locating your package at least 24 hours past the expected delivery date.
Once a package is turned over to USPS your package is in the care of the postal carrier and no longer in my control. I will do my best to assist you in locating your package and file a claim for potential lost packages.

Gift packaging includes a Logo Gift Bag that will be shipped with your Gift Receipt in a Polly Mailer bag unless your order requires another packaging option such as a shipping box.
Please be sure to include your personal gift note, which will be printed on your gift receipt. I'm sorry, I do not offer handwritten notes at this time.

What I can guarantee is my own processing and shipment of your order.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee a shipment arrival date on behalf of USPS. Once a package is turned over to the postal carrier, the package is no longer in my care. The delivery of your order reaching the destination by the estimated date is up to the shipping carrier and the shipping method you choose.

Any orders that are time sensitive are best upgraded to Priority or Priority Express.
Priority Express is currently the first level shipping method that guarantees arrival estimates by USPS.

I honor exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back with tracking within 7 days. Shipping will be at the buyers expense.

* Items must not be used and must be returned for an exchange in the original condition they were received. If items are not in original condition they will be shipped back at the customers expense.
*Please use a secure shipping method to exchange your item and we will process your replacement once we receive it.
* No refunds/returns/exchanges on used or washed items

I do not accept exchanges for the following items:
*Personalized/Custom Orders
*Holiday Tops/Bodysuits
*Items that are not delivered in time due to postal delays
*Items that show delivered to address input by you the buyer

Please double check the address you input at checkout. These addresses will not be modified once your order has been placed. Buyer assumes this responsibility to double check the information provided is correct to receive orders.
