Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post and have an estimated delivery time of 2 -6 business days depending on your location.

This does not include the time is takes for us to process your order (2-5 business days), and does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times listed are “close” but not guaranteed- as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands (such as weather, the holiday season, etc). For this reason, we are not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted by Australia Post.

A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility.

If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution/refund your order/ reship your order/ contact the postal service to locate your order.

For ready made items, careful craftmanship has been undertaken to ensure the quality of the clothing and accessories can be worn with love. Any issues please contact us and we will find a solution.

HAND WASH ONLY: Due to the delicate nature of the material, please hand wash only and dry flat.

MACHINE WASHING is NOT suitable.

Processing and production time will take about 3-4 weeks for custom orders.

The shipping time will then need to be factored in addition to the processing time. The shipping time depends on the carrier of choice. I will try to keep you updated as much as possible.
