We will try our best to get to your conversation and change requests as soon as possible. However we can not guarantee any changes allowed to your order after it is submitted. Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order.

All listings should have a personalization box where you can submit your information. If you do not see this area there is also a notes to seller section in the checkout.

Sure! Select the Mockup + Revisions option during shipping when you checkout.

Please be aware of the following:
- if mockup is not selected (by default) we will not send a mockup and your order will print per your personalization note
- requesting a mockup will extend your turnaround time. The turnaround time for your order does not start until we have mockup approval.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders - this includes anything that we print, whether it's a phone case, pillow, tray, tote, or pouch, etc. Everything is handmade and printed just for your order. Please be sure to double check product listings and your order before checking out.

If your products is defective or there is an issue, please get in touch with us and we will help as best we can.

Unfortunately we can not guarantee a shipping address change. However, if you did accidentally submit a wrong address, please make sure to contact us immediately and we will note that on your order.

If the address is not deliverable, the package will be returned to us and you can pay for new shipping to the correct location. Previous shipping costs will not be refunded. Once a package has shipped the postage has been paid for and we can not refund those costs.

We are incredibly lucky to have production partners based all around the world. This helps us maintain our incredible quality and have a fast turnaround and shipping time on our orders.

- U.S., Canada, and South America orders are all shipped from the United States.
- United Kingdom orders are shipped from the UK.
- European (France, Germany, Spain etc) orders are shipped from Europe, Italy to be exact. European orders should not have any customs fees.
- Australian orders ship from Australia.
- Asia orders are shipped from the United States and may be subject to customs fees.

Unfortunately, we don't offer gift wrapping or gift messaging options at this time. Thanks for understanding. :)

We understand you're excited to receive your order and might need it for an event, but unfortunately, we're not able to expedite orders or offer faster shipping due to the personalization process of our items.

The estimate arrival dates that are shown on the listing pages or on your order page if you've already placed an order are accurate. If you contact us asking when you'll receive your order, you will be given these same dates. :)
