Great pattern. The only thing is the bottom piece needs to be a bit smaller to fit the overall size of the pack. I cut it down just a bit.

I really enjoyed making a backpack with this pattern, the piping makes the backpack really pop. The only thing I'd change is to make the top flap bigger to cover more of the top of the bag, but that's more personal preference. Easy to follow directions with helpful photos.
