You can customize this Americana-themed crochet pattern to your liking and skill level with two options for the stars. It's two patterns in one - a cross-stitch version and a colorwork version - and there are written instructions for each.

The Heritage table runner works up relatively quickly no matter which version you choose!

This pattern uses beginner crochet stitches with easy color changes to create a simple rectangular table runner. Photo tutorial included to help with color changes and how to cross-stitch, and also includes a chart to show the placement of the stars.

MATERIALS NEEDED:
- Size 4 Worsted Weight Yarn in 3 colors
-- Red - 260 yards
-- White - 200-225 yards
-- Blue - 125-150 yards
- H-8 (5mm) Hook

Dimensions: 48” wide x 14” high (121.9cm x 35.6cm)

this is a beautiful pattern I do suggest that you use the same brand yarn for all colors. I made the mistake of using different brands and ended up frogging to start over <<<< this is my issue not the pattern or creator.
