Please note the finish of the place holders. They may or may not have a smooth finish. The underside remains in a stainless steel finish as pictured.

If holder is too tight for your paper item simply slide a small knife in base of clips and twist. Clips can be tightened with pliers once your paper item is placed inside. Clips are tight to hold your paper item in adverse conditions.
