In the hoop 4x4 square coaster pattern. Machine embroidery design of a simple and easy square coaster for 4x4 hoop. ITH coaster

If you want a simple In the hoop project this is a great pattern to try. It comes with straight-forward step-by-step instructions and photographs.

The easy coaster can either be finished off with a simple bean stitch around the edges, or sew the last step to create the satin stitch edge. (One file will give you both designs). The satin stitch is ideal if you are using fabrics that may fray, such as cotton. Both give a different look to essentially the same design. The instructions will take you through how to create each look.

The coaster can be used as a gift to celebrate many occasions. I have added a teacher's name on the front of one of them, to give as an end of term teacher gift. It is also easy to personalise the front of the coaster with an embroidery pattern...the coaster is a simple design that can go along way.
