Custom and personalised orders

All of my designs can be personalised, if you can't find what you need just get in touch and I'll do my best to help. If you are purchasing a personalised print please include any details, such as name, date and colour, in the 'note to seller section'.

My prints come in sizes A3, A4 and A5. The measurements of these are detailed below. If you would like a print made to a different size please get in touch and I will try to help. A3 - 297mm x 420mm | 11.69in x 16.53in A4 - 210mm x 297mm | 8.27in x 11.69in A5 - 148mm x 210mm | 5.83in x 8.27in

Receiving a proof of your custom order

If you order a bespoke print I will send you a digital proof after you have purchased your print and sent me your personalisation details. This will give you the opportunity to check everything is correct and that you are happy with the order before it is printed.

I currently require 1-3 working days to create and pack your order ready for dispatch. All orders include free UK delivery, this is a Second Class delivery which usually takes 3-5 working days. If you are in a hurry to receive your order you can upgrade to first class delivery at the checkout. You can also put a note on your order and I will do my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for orders which are not received by the date you require them, so please leave enough time for your order to be made, packed and delivered. There may be delays with delivery due to Covid-19.

If your order hasn't arrived within the given timescales please get in touch. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 working days I can arrange for a replacement or a refund to be issued.

This luxury birthday card features the words 'Have A Magical Birthday' in a minimalistic, but modern design, printed with hot foil on premium paper. The text on the card is surrounded by gold stars for to add a touch of sparkle and magic to this birthday card.

This birthday card is from my collection of luxury foil cards which have all been individually hand printed by me on a traditional hot foil press using premium card and metallic foil. All of my cards come with a brown kraft envelope as standard or you can choose to upgrade to a luxury grey envelope.

Hot foil is the ultimate luxury printing method which involves pressing the design from a metallic plate and the foil into the paper at a very high temperature, so not only do these cards have an incredible shine, but the impression that is left on the paper is just stunning. This card is extra special as it has been printed twice, once in foil and once blind debossed.

My packaging is plastic free. I don’t use a cello bag to package my cards, instead they are wrapped in tissue paper which is much nicer for you and for the environment.

The size of the card is A6 size when closed (148.5mm x 105mm).
Envelope is C6 size (114mm x 162mm).

DELIVERY
I require 1-3 working days to create and pack your order ready for dispatch.

All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail, Second Class which usually takes 3-5 working days. If you are in a hurry to receive your order you can upgrade to first class delivery at the checkout for £1.50.

Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for orders which are not received by the date you require them, so please leave enough time for your order to be made, packed and delivered.

This is an untracked service, but you can upgrade to an international tracked service at the checkout.
