How long does it take to process CUSTOM orders?

Generally 2-4 weeks depending on how many orders are on my table, and if items needed to complete the order are in stock or not. But I am able to meet most deadlines if I'm contacted with a rush request. Please provide a deadline, if you have one, and I will try to meet it.

Wholesale availability

My shop is mostly retail, but you may see just a few items labeled "wholesale". Those would be the only items offered wholesale in my shop, but feel free to ask me about bulk discounts. Handmade orders are not available for wholesale or bulk prices at this time, due to labor, time, and products involved.

Is everything available listed, or is there more?

I have TONS more product than I can possibly list. I just don't have time to list it all in my shop between orders & my creating process. If there is anything you need that you don't see in my shop, please ASK!

Do you ship INTERNATIONAL?

Yes! I am pleased to ship WORLDWIDE. Just contact me with what you want/need and I'll figure out shipping for you.

Are some items not returnable?

The following items are non refundable or returnable: Custom, Personalized, Cut to Order (anything that is cut to order, including confetti and trims, etc.), embossed by hand, anything made by hand or embellished by hand. Items meant for food packaging or food handling are included in the "non refundable" list due to safety and hygiene reasons. Sometimes I shop for Holiday or Seasonal items for my shop in quantities meant to sell during that specific time period, so those items cannot be returned or refunded.
