Are your designs for commercial use?

You can use our designs for small business purposes on an unlimited number of physical products. The commercial license included per listing is only available for "small businesses". A small business is defined as a privately owned corporation, partnership, or sole proprietorship that has fewer employees and less annual revenue than a corporation or regular-sized business, as determined by ASQ.org.

Can I use your designs on print-on-demand platforms?

Our terms of use prohibit uploading our designs, or any part of our designs, for sale on print-on-demand platforms like Amazon, RedBubble, Zazzle, CafePress, Society6, or any similar platforms. This restriction is in place to prevent unauthorized redistribution of our designs.

What if I have my own shop/brand and use POD sites like Printful or Printify?

You are permitted to use our designs if you operate an Etsy shop or a personal website shop under your own brand, and partner with a print-on-demand service such as Printful or Printify exclusively for printing and order fulfillment. In such cases, you're permitted to use our designs. However, it's important to note that the design should not be available for others to use or sell within any print-on-demand service platform.

Can I alter or edit the design?

Our designs are set up in a way where similar colored elements are grouped together as one. However, you're free to modify these designs according to your needs. We do not offer “customization” services. If you need to modify the design, please do so on your own. This could involve changing colors, rearranging the layout, removing or substituting elements. This way, you can tailor the designs to match your brand and then apply them to your physical products.

Can I use your designs to sell for wholesale orders and B2B sales?

Why does the PNG file appear to have a white background when using Silhouette Studio?

If you're using Silhouette Studio it's a known issue that some of our PNG file appears to have a white background even though it doesn't. You can usually resolve this by simply resaving the PNG file. Or if you're unsure how to do this, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll send you an updated file.
