What does "Made to Order" mean?

Some of our tees are made just for you! That means they are not printed until you order them. Once you place an order, the shirt is sent to production, printed, then shipped straight to your door.

How long does it take for my tee to arrive?

Our in-stock tees ship within 1-2 business days. Made to order tees take about 2-5 days to print. Shipping time is additional, and depends on which shipping method you choose. On average, expect no more than 7 business days or less for your shirt to arrive. Please refer to our Shipping section for more information.

Why does the ink on the shirt smell weird?

Because of the type of DTG ink reacting with the tee fabric, sometimes a strong odor is present when you remove the tee from its packaging. Don't worry! The smell goes away completely after the first wash. DTG inks are eco-friendly and water-based.

Why is their discoloration around the tee design?

Once a tee is finished printing the ink is cured using a machine that works like a giant panini press. This can sometimes leave yellow-ish impressions on the shirt. Don't worry! These will go away completely after the first wash.

Can I change the shirt color or design?

Customization is not allowed. Tees are designed with the kaeraz brand in mind, and cannot be changed. If you are interested in custom designs or wholesale, go here: https://kaeraz.com/pages/wholesale

Do you make shirts for men?

Most of our tees are unisex. They look great on women and men! We suggest women sizing down from their usual size, and men ordering their usual size for a comfortable fit.

Only part of my order has arrived. Where is the rest of it?

Because some items are Made to Order, and some are in stock, we ship them separately. For example, if you order a Made to Order tee and a key chain, you will likely receive the key chain first and the tee several days later.
