Vintage Glass & Acrylic Beads Try and keep your items out of the water. If you need to clean use a damp cloth to wipe and pat dry. Copper end caps are meant to tarnish over time and the patina is a unique feature of our brand. Please note that they are sealed with enamel for longer wear. Avoid getting end caps wet if you prefer to preserve them shiny. If you like the look of patina, like me—wear them freely! General Accessories Care Avoid contact with perfume, cleaning products and other harsh chemicals that may discolour your pieces. Always dry your jewelry thoroughly after cleaning. Keep your pieces in their original pouches.

What’s the different between polished acrylic, vintage glass and antique beads?

Polished Acrylic beads are lighter, polished for a shiny finish, consistent in shape and color, durable and strong. All of our acrylic beads are bought by color in small batches. Vintage Glass beads are a bit heavier, more delicate, colors and sizes vary. They have natural variations in appearance due to the artisan nature of our products. These are sourced individually from different eras and never purchased in bulk. Some are more rare than others and they are all hand selected from different sources. Antique and Vintage Glass bead colors and sizes vary slightly due to the nature of the material. Antique are from 1800-1900s and are usually rare in color and shape—no two are alike!

How do I keep my bracelet or necklace from untying?

We recommend tying a double knot pulled tightly—for a secure fit.

How do I properly add the end caps in my DIY Kit?

Add a few drops of glue to the end of the cord and slide end cap all the way in and hold for a few seconds. Things to note: Adding too much glue to the cord will prevent you from attaching the end caps properly. They will most likely slide off and you will need to cut the portion of cord that has been saturated and try again. Adding glue into the end cap and then pushing in the cord will spill the glue out and damage the cord.

Can I make my Gypsy beads bracelet ties shorter?

Of course! Simply tie a single knot on either end of the beads. This also keeps the beads in place.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Merchandise is thoroughly and carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure the quality of the items. If your item becomes damaged due to wear; we can happily repair it for free—buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the repair. Message shop for any additional inquieres.
