I measured the pillow cover from corner to corner and it seems to be smaller that the size ordered.

Pillow covers are measured from inside, seam to seam for the most accurate measurement. To measure, turn the pillow cover inside out, lay on the flat surface and measure, using flexible tape, the distance at the center line of the cover from one seam to the opposite one.

What size pillow insert do I need?

For best results, the pillow insert should be larger than your pillow cover to correctly fill the corners. This will provide a very attractive, firm, and fluffy look to your finished pillow. We recommend purchasing a pillow cover that is 1" to 2" inches smaller than your pillow insert.
