Ordered the bag in November, was really excited about it but still haven’t received it (it’s now January 4th). Asked for a refund or different bag and haven’t gotten either from seller :(

Due to an issue with your address not being located by the delivery company you were instructed to contact the courier several times to request a redelivery, this was not done on your part so the company is still waiting for you to contact them. If this was not successful I was willing to refund you but you have yet to respond to me.
