DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

Your order is insured for lost in mail or damaged by USPS, we will file a claim for you if this happens!! DAMAGED IN MAIL- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged items. Do NOT throw item(s) or packaging away. Send us pictures of damage and packaging. This is required to file an insurance claim. LOST IN TRANSIT- Contact us if your package has not been received within 10 days in the USA. We will do an inquiry for you. The USPS doesn't consider it lost until 30 days have passed at which time we can file an insurance claim for you. Insurance claims takes 5-10 business days once filed to be approved. We will not issue a refund until claim has been approved. By purchasing from us you agree to allowing us to file a claim for you.

We complete most orders within 3-5 business days, minus weekends! ♥ Most of our items are handmade to order, we ask you to allow 3-5 business days to complete your order. Etsy will send a notification as soon as we ship to let you know your order is on its way! Without Postal Delays Average time to receive once shipped: USA: 3-10 business days Out-of-country: 10-30 business days most countries All orders are shipped with insurance for damage or loss before delivery. Shipping Insurance does NOT cover mail loss or mail theft if tracking shows as DELIVERED. We are unable to issue a refund or file a claim if tracking shows your order as delivered.

ANNUAL CLOSURE DATES & HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMES

We observe and are closed for all USA government calendar holidays. THANKSGIVING / We are closed the Tuesday before thanksgiving till the following Tuesday to spend time with family and friends. We will still be taking orders, but will not ship during this time. Orders will be running a few business days behind. GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY / last day to order: USA Nov 30th and Out of Country Nov 1st. You can still order, but we cannot guarantee it will make it in time for Christmas. WINTER HOLIDAY: We are closed Dec 20th - Jan 1st to spend time with family and friends. All orders will run 10 days behind if ordered during this time.

Our Handmade Ribbon: Our ribbon is waterproof that means it will not bleed or smudge if it gets wet. If you need your ribbon washable, let me know and I will send you heat setting instructions to make it washable, via "Etsy Convos" with any ribbon purchase.

Fashion Jewelry and Vintage Silver Jewelry: ➤Do not wear while bathing or swimming. Take care not to expose it to water. This will prolong the life of your jewelry and prevent reactions with chemicals from soaps and chlorine from discoloring it. ➤Do not use jewelry cleaner, it is very harsh! It can take off finishes on fashion jewelry and will remove patinas from sterling silver. ➤Remove jewelry at the end of every day and wipe gently with a very soft cloth to remove dirt and body oil. Proper care of jewelry will ensure their long life. The Lonely Heart is not responsible for damages caused to products through use and misuse.

These heart pennies are from an old coin collector’s collection. Each penny has been cut by hand.

Hearts will vary in size & shape as they are from various coin artist collected over the lifetime of the coin collector.

Patinas will vary from lightly worn & may have a little sheen to very worn with steel showing from time passing by and being loved! Pennies are not new. We cannot match patinas as we do not create the patina. If you order more than 1 penny they will be different from each other. It could be in patina to &/or size of heart. These are truly vintage made before 2002! Vintage refers to age not patina color.
