How do I return a digital order?

A digital order can be cancelled as long as the item has not yet been downloaded. Once a digital item has been downloaded by a buyer, the item (or good) has been consumed. Much like a physical music CD or DVD/Blu-ray, once the item is opened - in this case downloaded - it cannot be returned or refunded.

I (the buyer) provided an incorrect address, but my order already shipped. Can I get a refund?

No, no refunds will be provided if an incorrect address was provided when placing an order. The items we create take time, material, and a lot of effort to create. Please ensure you provide a valid address when placing an order. However, you can submit a request to intercept your package. Go here on the USPS website: https://retail-pi.usps.com/retailpi/actions/index.action Enter the tracking number, then create the request. It might not be free but at least you would get your package back!

This is a very simple yet highly effective design to securely hold your PS4 controller on the wall. It works great with just the included 3M Command strip, or for more stability you can use a small screw (not included) to wall-mount your Playstation 4 DualShock controller!

This PS4 controller wall mount is really easy to mount. I just took a Command strip and adhered it to the back on the mount, then put it up on the wall. That made it easy to put my PS4 controller up on the wall! It's 3D-printed in durable yet earth-friendly PLA plastic.

Can be printed in desired colors.

This is a 3D-printed, plastic item. Due to variables inherent in the printing process, it may have blemishes, layer lines, and other defects and/or minor sharp, small pieces of plastic which can be harmful if not handled properly. Sharp/rough edges can typically be smoothed with a heat gun or hair dryer, lightly softening the plastic then smoothing with a finger or other object.

That said, we work very hard to ensure that each item has a certain standard of quality. Please let us know if something is not up to snuff and we'll do our best to fix it!
