My enamel pins come in two grade types: Standard (A-Grade) or Seconds (B-Grade).

A-GRADE pins are my highest quality pins from their production batch. The pins may contain some small imperfections that are not easily noticeable. Things like tiny specs, minor under filling, and scratches are inevitable with the manufacturing process that is used to make the pins.

B GRADE pins contain more noticeable flaws such as major under-filled enamel, missing enamel, discoloration, deeper scuffs, and bigger scratches. But B-Grade pins are still wearable!

I DO NOT offer any Collector Grade pins! But I do my best to ensure the highest quality for my A-GRADE pins. Remember that enamel pins are still handmade items, which have imperfections!

If the pin design is already in production, you can preorder to reserve for the highest A-GRADE pin available in that batch. Any extra goodies offered with the pin is at my discretion and not under the A-GRADE quality guarantee. If you make an order that includes a pre-ordered pin along with in-stock items; you're order will go out once your pre-ordered pin is in stock.

All of my artwork is in high-resolution and printed on high-quality luster paper. Currently prints come in 5"x7" or 8"x10" inches sizings. Actual printed areas may differ depending on the artwork's design (i.e. artwork maybe 8"x10" but printed on 8.5"x11" paper). Depending on the artwork and paper size, there may be [approx.] 1/4" margin to 1" margin (white border) all around the print for easy framing, matting, and handling.

None of my prints come with a frame. Any frame you see in the listings is only used for digital mockup purposes. Colors may vary on screens. Watermarks are only on thumbnails to protect & thwart against theft. Prints do not include watermark, just my signature.

Due to the nature of the products and with the COVID-19 crisis, all items are a final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Read descriptions to know what you are purchasing and don't hesitate to contact with any concerns.

If you have made a mistake with your order you have 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation of your order to receive a refund on applicable items. Preorders, prints, stickers are not eligible for a refund. All items on the "StormWhisper Shop" are not eligible for resale.

All orders are packed with the upmost care personally by me. This way I ensure highest quality items are released. Depending on the items different packaging materials maybe used to offer as much protection as possible. This may include the use of bubble mailers, rigid photo mailers, boxes, tissue paper, bubble wrap, backing boards/cards, and protective clear cellophane sleeves. (StormWhisper.shop is developing a more eco-friendly packaging plan)

Typically orders are packed within 1-3 days of order and I mail out packages each week.

Once your package is in the mail carrier's hands. I don't have any control of the speed, route, fees/taxes, tracking, missing items, etc as the mail carrier is responsibility!

I am not responsible for shipping fees prices and cannot adjust. These fees are typically set by carriers, companies, and countries. Shipping fees may differ between items, weight, packaging type, and more. Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you have provided on file with your Etsy order. Please check that your address is correct PRIOR to submitting an order and upon checkout! Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping postage charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.

These cards were originally intended to be with their pin counterparts but were made available separately based on multiple fans/customers' requests. THERE IS NO FULL DECK (NO DECK EXISTS)! I only had created a partial line of cards and once these are gone that's it. However, I am working on a full deck (TBA).

These cards are also not technically playing cards, though they are as tall but are much more narrow than a regular playing card. There is also a special coating on the cards that is more for display than play but this is up to you! (Some customers have played with them!)

Again I'm working to create an entirely new deck in the future but this will take time!
