Please treat your mold with love and care. Use minimal heat as this can make the mold rip. Don’t touch the inside shiny cavity of the mold as fingerprints may remain or it will wear away the shiny finish and make that spot matte. When cleaning dust or particles, gently tap it with clear tape to remove it.

How does your HOLO (holographic) mold work?

Our HOLO molds are scientifically designed with micro engraved lines to REFLECTS holographic iridescent on your resin pieces, so in order to see the best effect, the DIRECT light should hit your resin surface. The color or pattern of the holographic may look different depending on the viewing angle and the location of the light source. Due to the nature of the HOLO mold, the location of light source is important. At some angles the HOLO effect is visible, at some angles the effect is invisible. That is a very natural result of HOLO molds.

What if I entered the wrong address when ordering?

If you submitted wrong shipping address, please send me a message with updated information as soon as possible. If your order has shipped, there is no way to change it. When the package get back to me, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the new shipment.

Tracking says ‘Delivered’, but I didn’t receive my package

Once your order is shipped, it is beyond my control, and it is a USPS responsibility. Please wait a couple days (sometimes USPS has system errors) or check with your neighbors if it delivered to them by mistake. If you still don’t see your package, contact your local post office using the tracking number to report the loss.

Tracking says ‘In Transit’, but I didn’t receive my package for a long time

I always ship your order within 6 business days with the tracking number. Again, once your order is shipped, it is beyond my control, and it is a USPS responsibility. Please keep track of your order with the tracking number. If you have not received your order for a long time, please contact me before 180 days. In accordance with Etsy Refund Policy and Etsy Purchase Protection Program, I will not be able to assist you if you contact me after 180 days.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes, absolutely! To help you save, we offer discounted shipping for multiple items. To get this combined rate automatically, please make sure to add all your items to your cart and checkout in a single order (one checkout). If you placed separate orders within the same shipping timeframe (1-2 days), please contact us immediately via Etsy Messages before we process your shipment. We will do our best to combine them and refund any excess shipping fees!

The mold was smaller (bigger) than expected

Please make sure you read all listing descriptions and check the pictures before your purchase. All of our molds are listed next to a ruler in the picture and also stated the exact size in the description box.

Should I purchase an insurance for my order?

Sure! You can use my silicone molds to sell your final products such as earrings, necklaces, charms, keychains, coasters, and more. However, duplicating of my silicone molds or designs is strictly prohibited.

Holographic effect works for multiple casts as long as the mold last. The most important thing is NOT TO DOME the resin casting. If you dome or coat your resin piece, the holographic effect will disappear.
