We are happy for you to contact us with your ideas and we will always try to create whatever is in your head. Once a design has been agreed on ( in etsy conversation ) we will make a custom listing for you. Once you have purchased we will start creating it and will send regular updates and photos until you are happy with your order.

Gift wrapping and packaging

As our items are reasonably bulky and often fragile we package for safe delivery rather than appearance. Please unpack your item carefully, it may be wrapped round and round with bubble wrap and may also be in a box within a box. If your item has been unfortunately damaged in transit get in touch as soon as you can and we will arrange for its return. A full refund will be issued for the original cost and both sets of postage.

Cutest lamp ever and it's dimmable! I love it, I'm obsessed. The packing was perfect to with loads of bubble wrap. Prior to purchasing, I reached out to the seller to ask for extra photos and she responded very quickly. All around, amazing experience. Beyond satisfied :)
