I’m giving this a 3 star simply because I had a small problem and although the seller made me custom boxes it was the pink insert that I really needed to go with the pink boxes. The seller made the custom boxes but I didn’t understand why wouldn’t you fix the insert as well to go with the color of the box. This is what I initially paid for. The seller said that they were out of that color cardstock. I sent videos and pictures evidence and seller wanted to custom my boxes which was fine, but I still wanted my pink inserts. So I never got pink inserts but it’s fine. I did ask about the insert but whomever it was just said they were sending new boxes so I left it at that. In the future I would make sure to leave a note so that they can know I need the same color insert as well. So just leave a note to be sure you’re receiving

Thanks for the review Nikki! After reading through our customer service messages, we were going to send you the pink inserts as soon as the pink stock arrived. However, after you reviewed the boxes with your bottles, you thought that they didn't fit. Ultimately, inserts are a quick fix to the better solution of custom size boxes. It eliminates paper and therefore saves you money. But we were totally willing to send you pink inserts - but not both pink inserts AND custom size boxes. We sent custom size boxes at NO additional charges and we also paid for shipping in order to avoid further confusion on how to use the inserts. Any more issues, please call us to talk through as things can get quite confusing on both ends. Thanks!
