USPS Delays & Lost/Misplaced Packages

Once packages are dropped off at USPS we no longer have control over the shipping process. As such, we are not responsible for USPS delays and lost/misplaced packages. Due to the global Covid Pandemic, delivery time may be longer than normal. We thank you for your patience.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Once the order has been placed we are not able to change the shipping address. We ask that you carefully check your shipping information before placing your order. Thank you.

Please Check Your Order Carefully Before Completing Your Purchase

We ask that you please check your order carefully before placing your order. Due to a high volume of orders, we unfortunately are no longer able to accommodate any change request after an order is placed. Request to make modifications after placing an order adds strain to our manufacturing and packing process and increases our likelihood of making a mistake. Thank you for understanding.
