How do I make a Tax-Exempt Purchase?

Do You offer Bulk discounts or pricing?

I do not offer bulk pricing on items because it the same amount of work & materials for items to be made.

Do You offer Bulk shipping prices?

I do offer bulk shipping at a reduced price vs adding single items to your cart.

Why can't I track my order on usps.com? or The tracking # you gave is invalid.

If you ordered stickers, decals, or items that can be shipped as a flat...These items tracking #'s are only valid through Etsy. You can not track them through usps.com... Etsy has an agreement with pitney bowes & these tracking #'s can only be used for etsy.

My order says DELIVERED but I didn't get anything. Where's my Order?

HANG TIGHT!!! The postal service has been doing wacky things since covid... -I dont know why.. but the postal service will sometimes mark it delivered, but not actually deliver it till a day or 2 later. -They also may have it in another zip code... This DOES NOT mean you wont get your order. -They also leave items IN TRANSIT or sitting at 1 location for a number of days with out any movement.

How do I cancel my order?

CHECK the shipping time frame & make sure that you want that item. Per my shop policies - I do not accept cancellations. If you place an order, that is YOUR item. Changing your mind or saying it wont arrive in time after you've placed an order does not give you the right to cancel your order.

Why does my design not look EXACTLY like the pictures?

These are my designs... I may at change something about the design that makes it easier for me or to make it look better. I reserve the right to change ANY part, color or style of my designs at any time, without notifying a buyer.

Why Have you Stopped Responding to ALL my messages?

LADIES!!! I am here to run a business. I can not stay online for 4-6 hours and answer a million questions. PLEASE... compile your questions into 1 or 2 messages and not a thread of 50-60 in 1 day!

Can you send me a Proof prior to Shipping? OR Can you send me a Mockup Prior to Purchase?

-During PEAK Cheer Season I dont send any mockups. This time is typically from the End of July to the End of September of Every Year. -I also limit the Mockups to 1 design prior to purchase, as this is time consuming.

-I am not responsible for color selections or the way your lettering appears- If You have questions please feel free to ask. -2 of the Same Glitter Color Will not Show on Itself -If you Don't Choose All the Glitter Colors - I will assume you want me to choose one for you. -If you Don't Include A Sweatshirt Tshirt or Tank Top Color - I will assume you want me to choose one for you. -The only time I will do an Exchange is if I have made an error on my end. Buyer's Remorse is not an excuse for a refund or exchange. - If you selected a crewneck sweatshirt from the drop down menu, Please don't put HOODIE as a request. They are not the same price & I will not send a Hoodie. -Sweatshirts, Hoodies, & T-Shirts in Pics are used for references.
