How Long will it take for my item to ship?

6-8 weeks is the typical processing time for personalized items as I need to acquire the flowers, dry, and flatten them before I am able to make the actual bookmark. More specific orders may take longer depending on availability.

Bookmarks vary slightly in size depending on the flowers used but typically are 2.5"x8". Typical sizing fits a normal hardcover or paperback book. If you would prefer a smaller size please specify in the personalization.

How can I personalize my bookmark?

You can personalize your bookmark by specifying if you'd like specific colors, themes, or flowers. Please note, some flowers do not flatten well (Sunflowers, Lavender, Lillies) and as I am located in New England, I may not be able to acquire certain flowers. If I am unable to use a flower you chose I will reach out and work out an alternative. Please note if you only list the colors you want than I will use the flowers I have on hand that match that color theme, all of my designs are handmade with real flowers so each bookmark will be different I cannot guarantee it can look identical to any previous bookmarks.

What If I am unsatisfied?

Please let me know if the design you receive is not what you had envisioned, keeping in mind the previous FAQs that all bookmarks are unique and different and some flowers do not flatten well. If you are displeased though please reach out to me first. I want you to love your design and am more than willing to work with you to get you a design you love!

What are your bookmarks made of?

Each bookmark is made using real pressed flowers and other embellishments. They are then sealed in a 5ml laminate pouch and put through a heated laminator. They are NOT resin. These bookmarks are thin and fit perfectly in your book and allows it to close fully, unlike resin bookmarks that are much thicker.

Because these bookmarks are made with laminating pouches rather than resin it is important to know not to bend them as this could crack the flowers on the inside and cause the bookmark to separate.

All orders will be shipped via the USPS. I have no control over any delays that USPS may be having at any giving time. Due to Covid-19 USPS has been exceptionally backed up so please allow extra time for possible delays. Free shipping is available for orders of 3 or more, simply use code SHIPFREE at check out!

How many bookmarks come in an order?

One bookmark is included per order. The number specified in the quantity section is how many you receive. Free shipping is available for orders of 3 or more.

Cancellations and Returns

I do accept cancellations within 2 days of your purchase. No cancellations on custom orders are accepted because I need to acquire the specific flowers and colors for the order. I do not accept returns as these are all custom and made to order. If you are unhappy with your design please reach out to me first so we can work out a solution, replacements may be sent in extreme situations but not guaranteed. No returns, or exchanges are accepted on the mystery bundles.

This is a mystery laminated bookmark, flowers and colors used vary and can not be personalized. If you would like a more personalized bookmark please choose the customizable pressed floral bookmark listing on my page. Please choose if you would like a tassel. Bookmarks are roughly 2.5"x8" and are laminated with 5ml thick laminate. All real flowers are used so colors and sizes can vary. One (1) bookmark included unless a set of 3 or set of 5 is selected. This is a LAMINATED bookmark so that it fits in your book perfectly. This is not a thick resin bookmark. Some bumps are normal due to these being real pressed flowers. Do not bend as it can cause the laminate to crack and separate.

As I use all real dried pressed flowers the process is timely therefore the 2-3 week timeframe is accurate for nearly all orders. If you need your order earlier than the processing time says please send me a message so we can see if you qualify for rush shipping.
