I had received a damaged headband. I messaged the owner about it. She quickly fixed the situation by sending me a brand new headband, free of charge. Just got the new headband and it is perfect. I am planning on wearing this headband at my wedding. Very excited and happy with the owners customer service. Would have been 5 stars had I not gotten the damaged one initially. Highly Recommend.

I have been wanting to Find earrings like these for ever. I used to have a pair just like these when i was 13 yrs old and just loved them. The shipping was a bit pricey, but the lady who sells these earrings was a super nice lady. Very informative and answered my question's super fast. I have bought a beautiful brooch from her also. And will probably buy more. I trust her completely to be honest with me about her jewelry.
