Seller's description

This file contains all the necessary burns to create my interchangeable jig system for the XTool D1. This kit includes a rotary jig attachment, RA2 holding jig, a squaring jig attachment and 2 different size jig blanks that can be customized by the user. This kit will assist in making sure that your burn goes exactly where you want it. The top two pieces snuggly fit the metal legs of the XTool D1 which makes a stable holder for the jig. The jig panels have locking fingers that hold them in place while being used. The top piece can be left in place even when not using the jigs. It is just outside the work area under where the laser gantry sits while in home position. You can interchange the jigs and create your own custom shapes to hold your projects. This design has also been adapted to work with the rotary attachment in a similar way that my original rotary jig did.

I recommend 4mm or thicker plywood for my jig files. Thinner material may be used but could result in warping or breaking. You may also use acrylic if you choose.

If any issues or needed updates are found, please let me know by messaging. I also have a honeycomb ordered and will be modifying it to work better with the honeycomb.

I recommend that in lightburn, set your return point to X1, Y1 to keep repetitious burns consistent. This will avoid the "slam" into the side between burns.
