What if the tracking shows delivered, but I did not get the package?

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, with a tracking number, it is out of my hands. Please contact your local post office. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for "theft", as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. Package Theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. Worth the wait. My husband swears by this stuff and so much so that now my dad has grown his beard out for the colder weather, I had to get some for him as well. Smells great to me and the men in my life swear by the quality (and as my husband loves to point out, the dog on the logo looks just like our little guy) so of course, that's important.
