Message me if you want something special or different from what you see on pictures in my shop (which can be marked "sold out" or "made to order"). I am always open for new ideas.
But, please, keep in mind, that your customized or personalized item may look slightly (!) different from what you can see in the pictures. But you can be sure it will be equally perfect.

Polymer clay is strong material, but I do not recommend checking my creations for strength, do not bite, do not throw, do not let small kids or animals play. Hand wash with soft sponge if necessary. Do not heat in microwave, do not use a dishwasher.

All the products I pack with nice packaging with some decoration (plus post box of course) but if you're buying a gift do not hesitate to contact me, and I will add some short note. Just let me know in the comments section of your order.

International mail does not have any guaranteed delivery dates due to customs processing, so the delivery times below are just estimates.

Please account for the processing time it will take for me to create (if the item is to order), package and ship your order.

Within the Netherlands, your order should be delivered within 1 or 2 business days after shipping.

Estimated shipping times for Europe: 4 - 8 business days.
For the rest of the world: 5 to 12 business days.

This is based on information from the Dutch postal service PostNL and should be used as a guideline only.

If your package is held up at Customs for a random Customs inspection delivery can easily be delayed with 1-2 weeks

International orders are seeing long delays due to the current situation. This is out of my hands.
