Can you split a set of family tree charts or notebooks and send it to two different locations?

I can’t split a pair that comes as a single order quantity. If you want to me to send to two locations, please order one set for each address; use a separate order for each so you may set up the proper shipping address in each order. Or, I can send one set to you for you to split, re-package and re-send to two different locations. Mailing tubes are available at most USPS offices and stores which sell office and shipping supplies.

Is insurance plus signature confirmation available?

Your order will be sent by USPS the least expensive way possible. Standard shipping and handling prices are low because optional services are not automatically included unless you choose to add them through upgrades during check out. For other special arrangements or questions, please contact me prior to placing your order.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, 12-pack listings are now available with free shipping in USA! Thank you for purchasing large quantities for: • resale at brick-and-mortar gift shops or boutiques • personal gifts • reunions • party favors • genealogical groups or societies • educational projects

How much time do you need to prepare an order for shipping?

Orders received before about 7 am CT/CDT are usually processed the same day M-F and Saturdays; most weekend orders go out on Monday. On occasion, 2-day processing is required. Visit You > Purchases and Reviews to check order USPS status, view the receipt and track packages. Standard First Class USPS Mail and Priority Mail option often arrive early; time estimates are not guaranteed. Delays are rare but can happen. Express Mail upgrade is guaranteed in USA for select items; please contact me BEFORE ordering to find out the cost and have me set it up for you if you don’t see the option during checkout. Double check shipping address before checking out. Undeliverable packages have taken 14–52 weeks to be returned to me.

Will multiple quanities be sent in one package? Is there a better deal on shipping if I order more than one item from your shop?

Multiple quantities of the same or similar items will arrive together in the same package. Multiple items which don’t fit well together are sent in separate packages which may not always arrive on the same day. Special combined-shipping price in the event that multiple items are purchased at the same time will automatically be calculated in the shopping cart. Shipping includes postage, packaging and handling. I reuse boxes and packaging materials as much as possible. When separate packaging is desired for two or more quantities, then separate individual orders must be placed. Please contact me before you order if you have questions.

What about International shipping? [FreshRetroGallery is located in United States of America]

Standard First Class International Mail used for light packages such as Family Tree Charts normally takes 6–10 days to most locations worldwide after the 1- or 2-day processing “shipped date”. Heavier packages normally take 1–3 weeks. Some packages may be delayed as long as 10 weeks. These delays do not happen often, but it can happen. The reason(s) for delays which can occur in United States and International Postal Service is unknown. Some delays may be due to customs legislation where your package may be opened for inspection. Shipping upgrade to Express Mail International service for a set of family trees normally takes 3–5 days to most destinations after the 1- or 2-day processing “shipped date”. Tracking is not available outside USA.

This is a gift for friends/family who live far away. Can you send it to them directly?

Yes, it’s sensible to have gifts sent direct! Please use the gift recipient’s shipping address for accurate delivery. Optionally, you may include a gift note during check out. I don’t include detailed price information in any package I send; however, International orders require the US dollar item price (not including shipping price) on the outside of the package on the Customs label.

Will delivery time estimates be affected by weather, strikes, customs inspections and USPS limitations?

Alert: Due to limited transportation availability as a result of nationwide USPS impacts, package delivery times may be extended. Priority Mail Express® service will not change. Delayed delivery may be possible for —International packages which may randomly be set aside to be opened for inspection —where postal strikes are underway —as a result of extreme weather including flood, blizzard, hurricane, tornado, earthquake and fire —unknown reasons The Postal Service’s goal is to move packages as expeditiously as possible with reliable, efficient service.
