I don't see my size. Can I still order?

Absolutely! If you don't see the size you need, just send us a message. We can almost always special order additional sizes and will be happy to check availability for you.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at this time—gift wrapping isn't our specialty! 😊 Rest assured, though, your order will be carefully packaged to help it arrive safely and looking its best.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages. Many of our products are made and fulfilled by different production partners, so it's common for items to arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it's sent.

My package says "Delivered," but I don't have it. What should I do?

Believe it or not, we receive this question almost every week! It's become fairly common for USPS to mark a package as "Delivered" before it's actually dropped off. This happens especially often on Fridays. Please give it another 1–2 days and check your mailbox, porch, and with other members of your household. In most cases, the package arrives shortly afterward. If it still hasn't shown up after a couple of days, send us a message. We'll be happy to help you figure out the next steps.

Keeping your apparel looking its best is easy! Wash inside out to help protect the printed design. Machine wash in cold water. Treat stains with your favorite stain remover before washing. Air drying is recommended to help minimize shrinkage and keep your garment looking great longer (it's greener, too!). If you prefer, tumble dry on low. Please Note: Our apparel is made from pre-shrunk fabric, but cotton may still shrink slightly if washed in warm or hot water or dried on high heat.

Can I cancel my order?

Because each item is made to order, we generally cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. If production has not yet begun, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, once printing has started, we are unable to cancel the order.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order. Your satisfaction is very important to us! If something isn't right, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. If we made an error or your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll promptly provide a replacement or refund. If you have any questions or concerns, just send us a message—we're always happy to help.

Are your products environmentally sustainable?

Yes! Every item is made to order, which helps reduce waste by producing only what's needed rather than creating excess inventory. Our apparel is printed using water-saving production methods with cruelty-free, biodegradable, and toxin-free inks. Whenever possible, orders are shipped in poly mailers or recyclable cardboard mailers to help reduce our environmental impact. Thank you for supporting a more sustainable way to shop! 🌿

When will I receive my order?

Our current production times are: Apparel & Flags: 3–7 business days All Other Products: 1–3 business days (Production times do not include weekends or holidays.) We work hard to get every order into production as quickly as possible. Because each item is made to order, we're generally unable to expedite the production process. If you need your order by a specific date, please send us a message before ordering, and we'll let you know what options may be available. Once your order ships, Etsy provides an estimated delivery window based on USPS guidelines. Please keep in mind that these are estimates, and we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times.
