If a package is returned to me because the buyer provided the wrong shipping address or has not claimed a package after delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay/pay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.

Color may vary depending on your screen calibration, however I do my best to accurately represent the colors in all the photography taken.

Since my items are handmade and are custom, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with you order, please do not hesitate to contact me.

To ensure the longevity of your item, please do not machine wash. If the item needs to be cleaned, please use a damp towel/cloth to spot clean. I would not recommend using a vacuum either, it may pull the fibers loose. If you do come across a loose loop of strand, just take a pair of scissors and snip the fiber.

When you receive your weaving, it is possible that the tassels will need to be fluffed out to their original shape. I recommend doing so by gently combing them out with your fingers only. I would not use a comb or brush because of the delicate fibers that could be used. Make sure not to tug or pull hard when brushing them out because it could compromise the structure of the piece.

If there is a dowel rod, the loops threaded around may have shifted while being transported. Just gently slide the loops along the dowel rod in place, it may be easier to do this having the piece laying on a flat surface before hanging it on the wall.

I typically use the OOK hanging hardware. I use two hangers for something the has a dowel rod and only one hanger for any round weavings or other pieces that come with a d-ring. If you need any other recommendations, feel free to reach out and message me! I’ll be more than happy to help!
