I am in love with custom orders, please contact me and I will try to do my best to satisfy you needs! I can customize product size, color, decoration and pattern. Please, note, that the customized orders will take longer to manufacture, and the price will be calculated separately for each specific custom order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY SIGN ?

We usually produce and deliver in 3-5 working days after we receive the full payment of your order. Cargo delivery will take 3-5 days.

WHAT HAPPENS AS A SIGNATURE HIT?

Please open your sign right after receiving it. We will only accept requests within 7 days after delivery. Contact us by message at Etsy, after reviewing and accepting your situation, we will send you a new replacement part for free.

HOW IS MY SIGN PACKED?

It is sent to your sign with a special wooden chest. This type of packaging has been specially developed for our signs to safely reach your shipment.

How to install signage?

Next to the purchased sign, there is a QR code for sign installation. With the help of this QR code, the installation is done with the help of the sign installation auxiliary video. NOTE: Installation can be done with the help of a professional or by the customer. However, damage caused by installation is the responsibility of the customer.

The purchase to production was so quick and thorough. Sellman was really communicative and great to see the mockup before shipment. The sign was beautiful and the color was exactly what I wanted - the metal is thinner than expected but it held its shape well enough during install. Looks great!
