Our listed size charts are based on the manufacturer's measurement charts.
(Variations anywhere from 0.5 to 1 inches when the garment is laying flat are acceptable within manufacturer guidelines)

SUGGESTION: Take your favorite similar T-shirt or sweatshirt style you have at home and measure it flat from armpit to armpit across the chest (not circumference), and top to bottom for length. Compare that measurement to our listed product's size chart and choose the size that reflects that measurement and your preferred fit.

Our direct-to-garment printing technique requires specific washing care considerations to help preserve your new product's print design.

To get the best lifespan:
*Wash your T-shirt / sweatshirt inside-out
*Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and with like colors
*Try to limit the time your T-shirt / sweatshirt spends in soapy water
*Do not wring, Do not use bleach, do not dry-clean
*Natural air-drying, away from direct sunlight is best. Otherwise low-heat tumble dry if necessary
*Low heat iron with your T-shirt / sweatshirt turned inside-out. Avoid ironing directly over the printed design.

We currently do not offer personal gift messaging or gift wrapping.

Our made-to-order products are printed in partnership with our US based print providers. Our providers use a high-quality 'direct-to-garment' technique where the design dyes are absorbed into the product's fabric, thus creating a seamless, natural finish (no plastic or vinyl). Our direct-to-garment printing process is eco-friendly, and uses bio-degradable non-toxic inks!

Yes. We ship using USPS First Class. You will be provided with a tracking number ONCE your order has completed the production stage and is processed for shipment.

In accordance with our shop policies, all Ellie J Boutique apparel and accessories are made-to-order specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept exchanges or refunds due to wrong sizing or color selection; incorrect delivery address; minor color deviations or size deviations from the listed photos and size chart measurements (less than 1 inch) or for change-of-mind reasons.

If you have received a product that is incorrect or faulty, we will gladly arrange a free replacement. In order to claim a replacement from us please reach out to us on Etsy messages and provide a clear photo of the defect within 7 consecutive days from the delivery date.

Once an order is received it goes into production and we are unable to cancel orders.

Please note: Once your order leaves our printing facility we no longer have control over your package. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages, and will not issue a refund for items due to these reasons.

1. Check whether your submitted address is 100% accurate, and check with others in your household/neighbours to see if they collected your package.
2. Contact your local post office directly about the issue and provide them with your tracking number. The courier's scanned GPS delivery coordinates will be checked and investigated.
3. If the GPS coordinates show that your parcel was delivered to your correct address and you suspect theft, you can file a police report for mail theft.
