Avoid showering or swimming while wearing sterling silver, silver plated, alloy and costume jewellery, as this can effect the finish of the jewellery. It is not advised to spray perfume or cologne directly on or near the jewellery, spray first then put on your jewellery.

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time. This is a natural process called oxidation.

If your jewellery becomes dull or tarnished it is easily brought back to life with a silver polishing cloth. These are available in most supermarkets in the cleaning/polishing section, they last a long time and are cheap to buy.

Do not drop gemstones or glass beads on to a hard surface as they will shatter.

Some gemstones such as opal are porous do not submerge them in water.

Yes. All the packaging I use is made from hemp, recycled card, acid free tissue, shredded wood waste and vegetable waste, and is both recyclable, recycled and compostable. I currently use large letter size boxes, shredded wood waste or shredded recycled paper stuffing, crushed vegetable card which is made from waste vegetable fibre from the food industry, or eco hemp card. I use padded eco paper postage bags for smaller items. I do not use bubblewrap, bubble mailers or single use plastic. I use Eco paper tape instead of normal parcel tape on most orders, I use 100% recycled parcel tape on some orders. My suppliers are small UK businesses.

I cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised custom items unless they are faulty or are initial charms.
On custom items 50% deposit is required to start making the item and is non refundable. This covers the cost of materials and time making it should you then decide to cancel after the item has been made but not despatched.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the custom or personalised order being placed.
Items are sent within 1-2 business days.

We obtain proof of postage for ever order we ship. We use Etsy labels and get a scanned receipt from the post office when the item is handed over. We do not drop off parcels, they are taken to the post office by hand. Most items will also have a tracking number. If an item goes missing we will start an investigation with the carrier. If the item was delivered to your address but is missing/stolen then we will report this to the carrier and police in the the country of destination. Mail fraud is serious and a Federal offence in many countries. We will not refund missing mail which is marked as delivered.
