Returns and Exchanges

For applicable items,There is no returns for any opened packages due to sanitary and health reasons.If product arrives damaged please contact us for an exchange ,we will cover the associated reshipping fees.We can not accept products that have been opened or worn such as Dad hats, or the hookah tips or hairpins.Some circumstances we may still exchange but please inspect packages and items before opening or using.

We will try our hardest to provide specific colors or styles of our products if asked and they are available.Please if you want specific colors or styles of our product, leave a message BEFORE placing your order.If we have what’s requested we can assure you we will provide it.For example, if you order 5 hookah tips and want specific colors, specify in a message otherwise we will choose 5 random ones.

How long will it take to ship and receive my item?

We usually only list items we have on hand, one of the reasons we are able to ship same day or next day. If we do keep an item listed that has sold out but we are restocking we usually update the amount of days it will take to ship. Even though we ship on this timeframe we can’t promise delivery dates as shipping is out of our control once we no longer possess the package.

Wholesale availability

Yes. We wholesale some styles of our eyelashes, hairpins and hookah tips.If you need a quantity greater or in between what we offer on the listing message us and we will make a listing according to your needs.For example, if you would like 15 hookah tips instead of 10, message us first. For hairpins, over 20 they can be brought for $2.00 a pin, if you would like to order wholesale hairpins, message us so we can create a listing according to your needs.

What happens if my package is stolen or lost ?

Things happen and we are very understanding. Once we ship and have provided tracking , unfortunately it’s out of our hand and any issues will have to be taken up with the specific shipping company , please make Sure to provide your correct address, be home when package is expected to arrive and keep up with tracking . In some cases due to Covid -19 shipping may be delayed , again this is not our responsibility for delayed shipping and we can only apologize on behalf of the shipping company. If your package is lost or missing you must file a claim with your local shipping office.
