This dress would look best on someone with a longer torso that is taller than 5‘7“.
Jo Ann bought this on sale and as far as I can tell it is just missing a button. It’s the eighth picture that shows where a button is needed. I don’t believe she ever wore it because the tags are still on it. It has a deep V neckline, A tapering profile, and still has the shoulder pads if you want them, cut them out if you don’t.
With a little TLC -this is a brand new designer dress.
