Do your designs Include commercial use?

You can use my designs for hand made crafting purposes on finished physical products. The Basic commercial license included per listing is only available for "small businesses" this does not allow you to send the file or share with with third party vendors to reproduce as a finished product. A small business shop must have the materials and printers in-house to use my designs for Finished products only, hence the pricing per design. This keeps control of who handles and uses m design for their shop purposes.

Can I use use your design on print-on-demand platforms?

No, print-on-demand platforms such as Alibaba, RedBubble, Zazzle, CafePress, Society6, or any similar platforms cannot produce our designs as finished products since they are not License holders nor did they purchase the design from my shop. This restriction is in place to prevent unauthorized redistribution and production of my designs.

What if I have my own printer and materials on site to produce finished items?

Yes, having control of the design by the purchaser of the digital file is detrimental to my shops sustainability. If you are sharing, giving away or sending to other print shop it is gifting a file that was purchased by you to use under your shops needs. Please do not email or share my file, you must have the material and printers to use for your shops needs.

I have commercial printers, can I sell transfer sheet products with your designs?

BY YOUR OWN COMMERCIAL PRINTER no outsourcing to Alibaba or any other third party Print shop they MUST purchase the file and Extended license. Alibab is not allowed!

What are other things to not do when using your designs?

✖ You can't resell, share, give as a digital freebie on SVG dump sites or distribute the digital file, or any part of it. ✖ Alter and then resell as a digital product or post anywhere without watermarks. ✖ Alter and then resell as a ready-to-press transfers/decals without purchasing our extended license. ✖ You can't claim any part of our designs as your own for selling as digital products, edit or change characteristics of my design to claim as your own. ✖ Creating digital printable items for resale is not allowed. If you have any questions about our license and terms, please message me anytime. I will try my best to clarify any questions or concerns.

What happens if I purchased your design on a catalog but I did not purchase a license?

Please opt out from purchasing my design from any third party who doe not hold a Extended license with me, I keep a itemized list of every shop authorized to resell. Alibaba sellers ARE NOT ALLOWED no exceptions as they do not restitute any royalties or fees for offering my designs. If you are selling my designs as Transfers having purchased from alibaba or any other wholesales refrain from selling, because if you are caught you will not be allowed to purchase from my shop on future sales.

If I buy your design and pay the Extended license can another print shop produce for me?

No! All extended license users MUST be the shops who have ownership of Commercial printers, Licenses are not transferable from one buyer to the wholesaler. This excludes the Third party vendor from any responsibility or monetary accountability.
