All fur used for my products is artificial. It is a delicate material, and suffers from exposing to heat. Should it come into contact with water, I recommend drying it gently with a soft cloth or leave it dry by itself. After drying, delicately brush the fur with a plastic comb. Do not use hairdryers, irons, or any else heating devices for drying faux fur! For items that have airbrushing on them, I advice to avoid prolonged exposure to intense sources of light, which could cause changes in colour. I am available to offer further advice on how to care for the product correctly.

Pricing for customs depends on the details, size, added jewellery and any additional bits you would like so a price will be given following discussion of the order. Payment is made once I show the sketched design and before crafting begins. Please note that custom orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to process though I usually make and post them under this time. Returns and cancellations for custom items are not accepted

Items must be shipped back and arrive with me before being refunded or exchanged. First email me on fennecfemme@gmail.com or etsy to discuss the reason for desiring a refund. I do not refund items that are sent back randomly with no prior discussion nor do I refund items later than 14 days after you receive them. Products should be shipped in the original packaging within 7-14 business days after delivery, in the same condition as purchased. The products are refunded or exchanged within 3 days after the package has been delivered to me. Please note that there can be delays in refunding due to the banks processing speed and I cannot control this. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Ears
• 14cm in height

• Attached to a black metal headband that is sturdy while flexible to comfortably accommodate wide range of head sizes.

• Poseable due to internal wiring.

Tail
• Tail measures roughly 40cm in drop down length

• Attached to an adjustable belt in black or white.
The belt size is adjustable from 28inch-36inch.

Ear&Tail care: Due to shipping, it may arrive ruffled which can be easily tidied with a brush through.
To clean, wipe with a damp cloth and do not soak as this can damage the material.
