Why aren't returns or exchanges allowed?

Due to the nature of our products and their intended use with food items, returns and exchanges are not allowed for sanitation reasons. If there is an issue with the product(s) you received, please reach out to discuss! In the event that an exception is made to this policy (at seller's discretion) returned products are to be shipped back at buyer's expense in the original and unopened packaging. If the item has been opened, we cannot resell and will not accept the return (items will be disposed of). Once the unopened items have been received, the buyer will be refunded the order item total, minus a 20% restocking fee.

I'm looking for a very specific design that I haven't been able to find, can you help make it for me?

Absolutely! Most of our items sparked from a custom order request - we love creating something that fits your vision! If you would like to request a custom cookie cutter, custom silkscreen, or custom printing on an item then send us a message and we'll get started. Please note that we do NOT copy designs made by other creators - this is copyright infringement. If you send a picture of what shape/design you are looking for that is copyrighted material from another seller, we cannot recreate it for you. We can, however, create something similar that has our own flare added to it! *By sending a graphic/design file, you agree that you have permission to use the design and grant to CuteCookieKits to use the design for production.*

I've purchased cutters before that are way different sizing than expected, how are CCK cutters sized?

This is a common issue, and can be frustrating! It is very difficult for buyers and creators to be on the same page when it comes to sizing. Some shops measure the longest length of the cutter and use that as the sizing, and some mention the overall dimensions... how confusing! CCK cutters are listed in the dropdown menu based on longest side, and the exact dimensions are described in the listing for each option. Here's an example: a 2" x 3" rectangle cutter would be listed in the dropdown as a "3 inch" size, and the listing description would describe the 3 inch size with measurements of 3" x 2"... full transparency! Not sure if the size you selected is the size you need for your packaging? Just send us a message and we can help!

What are the care instructions for CCK cookie cutters, stencils, and silkscreens?

All of CCK cookie cutters, stencils, silkscreens, and 3D printed items are hand-wash only in cool to lukewarm soapy water. To dry cookie cutters just use a dry, soft cloth to gently pat them dry, or let them rest on a dry towel. To dry stencils and silkscreens, sandwich it between two dry cloths or dry paper towels and gently pat dry. Be careful not to bend any of the plastic while drying. Washing/placing plastic material in water that is higher temperature will likely cause the material to warp and change shape. In the event that this happens you may be able to place them back into warm water and reshape them, though this could also make things worse. It is best to follow the care instructions above to avoid this situation!

Custom and personalized orders

Wether you ordered by mistake or changed your mind (it happens) cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are allowed! In the event that we have already begun processing your order, within the 24 hour cancellation timeframe, or a tracking number has already been provided, the cancellation will not be accepted. Unsure of wether we have started processing your order? Just send us a message!

Oops! I checked out with an incorrect address, what do I do?

We ship directly from the address you supply in your order. If the address you checked out with is incorrect (mistyped, old address, etc) please send a message immediately so we can correct it in our software before shipping. Please note there is no way to change a shipping address in Etsy without cancelling the order and re-ordering! We use shipping software completely separate from the Etsy system, therefore if you send us a corrected address before we process and ship your order, the change will not be reflected on Etsy’s end. Etsy will still show the incorrect address.

My shipping address was incorrect and I didn’t catch it before my order was shipped, now what?

We ship out orders to the addresses listed on the order, and are able to adjust the address before shipping. Once an order has shipped we have zero control over what happens with the package and are unable to change the address once it’s on its way. Orders will not be refunded for returned/refused packages. However, if the package is returned to CCK we are happy to forward it to you at buyer’s expense (just pay for new shipping). Returned packages can take up to 1-2 months to arrive back to our shop, so please keep this in mind if items are time-sensitive. Packages we receive back will be photographed and documented for our records. We are happy to share these photos upon request.
