No Returns & Exchanges

Our handmade soap and organic products are made FRESH! Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. The ingredients are posted with each product listing, so if you have allergies, sensitivities or a question, send me a message before you make the purchase. Open and inspect your box immediately when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged: save the original packaging, snap a photo of the issue and email it to kvknaturals@gmail.com. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be replaced at no cost. If you have a quality concern with an item please email us and your inquiry will be responded to promptly.

What are the sizes and weights of your artisan soap bars?

Each soap bar has an estimated weight of approximately 4.2 to 4.5 ounces and measures approximately 4 inches by 3 inches by 1.5 inches. Because our artisan soaps are hand-cut and naturally cured, actual weights and colors can vary slightly over time as moisture evaporates, creating a harder and longer-lasting bar.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the personal, small-batch, and hygienic nature of bath products, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on our soaps. However, your satisfaction is very important to us! Please open and inspect your box immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo so we can arrange a replacement at no cost.
