Item arrived significantly later than expected causing me to miss multiple deadlines. No communication from owners about the reason and no update on the situation. I was completely in the dark about when it would arrive. On top of that item still had print supports still on which I would have thought at least would've been taken off since I was commissioning a print but I guess not. I ordered this on the 8th of December, expected to arrive 21st. It arrived 21st alright, just 1 month late. Would not recommend.

Your order was international going to the United Kingdom, you would have needed to reach out to your customs and post office, which you did not, resulting in the lateness. These are also DIY kits, which clearly state that support exists on some points. You ordered a DIY kit, not a specific cleaned print. Sorry for your issues but please don't disparage small creators.
